Evening Meals
A selection of delicious, high quality, home cooked meals are available daily and can be served in either your Yurt, the newly refurbished indoor barn or on the picnic benches. We ask that orders are placed before noon on the day (or 24 hours in advance for large groups) and dinner is then served between 6.30pm and 7.00pm. .
Menu
Slow cooked Beef and Ale Stew, containing a selection of local vegetables in a rich gravy, served with herb and mustard dumplings . £11.95. (Contains gluten).
Shepherds Pie made with local Swaledale lamb, vegetables and fresh herbs, topped with creamy mash and cheese crusted leeks. £11.95. (Contains gluten & dairy).
Steak Chilli made with tender chunks of local steak, tomatoes, beans and fresh chilli, served with basmati rice, a portion of grated cheddar and a bowl of lightly salted tortilla chips. £11.95. (Gluten free, contains dairy).
Vegetable, lentil and pearl barley stew, in a rich tomato sauce topped with cheese crusted herb dumplings (V) . (Contains gluten & dairy) Suitable for vegans and if served without the cheese £9.95
Five Bean Chilli, containing a mix of 5 types of beans in a rich tomato, pepper, onion and chilli sauce, topped with grilled halloumi, and accompanied with basmati rice and a bowl of lightly salted tortilla chips. (V) (Gluten free, contains diary) (Suitable for vegans if served without the halloumi) £9.95
As all of our meals are home cooked and prepared in our kitchen we can't guarantee cross contamination of allergens including trace elements of nuts. Please let us know of any special dietary requirements as we may be able to modify our dishes to meet your requirements.
Dessert
Delicious hot pudding of the day served with cream or ice cream. £4.50

Drinks
Drinks are available from reception up to 8pm. Please feel free to order as much as you like and store them in the fridge in your yurt (or for campers we can provide cool bags and ice packs) and then anything that you do not drink can be returned to us the next day.
